Software Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day trial period for our software subscriptions where you can cancel your subscription at any time and obtain a full refund. Once the trial period has passed, and the subscription fee has been charged, refunds are generally not provided. We encourage our customers to evaluate the software during the trial period to ensure it meets their needs.

Custom Software Development

Due to the bespoke nature of custom software development, any fees paid towards such projects are non-refundable. We engage in a thorough consultation process before project commencement to ensure alignment with your specifications and expectations. Any changes or concerns should be communicated during the development process as adjustments can be made to better meet your needs.

Please allow upto 7 business days to process refunds.

Exceptions

Exceptions to our refund policy include exceptional circumstances which will be considered on a case by case basis. In such cases, please contact us with detailed reasons for your refund request.
